What is the best / efficient way to eliminate age 20 of a wall tile backsplash?
I'm trying to remove a ceramic porcelain tile backsplash and wall is starting to damage the paper and plasterboard! ACK! Some pictures are more easily than others, but I am left with a wall that has had most of the paper was removed, some holes, and adhesive. All this can be easily repaired? My goal is to eliminate ugly old tile, repairing holes, but also have the backsplash tile ready to be back. At this point I want the most effective method of remove the old tile, the best methods to repair and prepare the plaster, so be prepared to rutile. HELP?! This seems the most difficult part of my review of the kitchen!
As Mike said go ahead. review to detect any deep holes and scrape as much old glue as possible. I'll take your putty. This can tell if their real lines and thin lines thick.If no rights in inches of 1 / 4 wide and white actual may be a fine set so you can do something a little different.
