What do you want from a shower curtain

It goes well with our bright lime-green tile (yeah, I know...not my choice), an impossible color to complement. Would've liked grommeted holes though. I suspect its demise will result from gradually being ripped off the curtain rings, but for $12, I don't much care.

Changed Bathroom Completely

The addition of this shower curtain changed the look of the bathroom completely - much better than our old cloth one and easier to deal with just one curtain rather than both a cloth decorative one and the vinyl one which actually kept the water in the shower. The curtain is a little long so I cut it to fit neatly in the bathtub. It also is a little thin so hope it holds up.

At least in my case, BethBathHome sent a substitute for the item pictured, so I'm reviewing that item and experience.The version I received was a Target Home brand shower curtain with more yellow and green in it, which I didn't like as much, although it was still mostly blue and did have a tile pattern.I was able to return the item for a refund, but I was not able to receive a refund on the shipping cost from the seller, even though I was shipped something different from what I'd ordered. However, I contacted Amazon directly about that, and they credited my account for the equivalent amount.

good vibe for a white bathroom

awesome. It makes me happy and fresh everyday. It is plastic doesn't come with liner so I bought it sepparately. but it goes very cool with a white bathroom and the bright green bathroom carpet.

one flaw

the shower curtain is beautiful, i just wish it had metal gromits at the top so that it won't tear if pulled on.

Hard Water build up, soap scum gone!!

Previously, I've used 409, ajax, and various other products. Never heard of Kaboom before but I saw it at walmart and decided to try it out. We have hard water here in SATX and I havent cleaned my shower in months (I know eww). Well I sprayed it, let it sit for awhile and lighty scrubbed it with a brush...and WALAH!! My shower stall was squaky clean. Love this stuff...I've tried so many. Don't really understand the other viewers that gave it bad review and said it made it sticky and grimey. Maybe their tub was resurfaced with paint, in which case this would probably melt the stuff right off.

This doesn't really appear to be any better than 409 or Soft-scrub, both of which I have used regularly in the past. The soap scum may come off a little easier, it could also just be psychological.It really doesn't work against mineral build up as is claimed.Be careful of the "Fresh Citrus Scent" that is promoted. Like most cleaners, this is a somewhat noxious chemical. The "Fresh Citrus Scent" is just a cover for the stinging sinuses. If you are particularly sensitive to such things, do not use this. Otherwise make sure you aren't breathing too much while using it.Use this in a well ventilated area!

it works

I had seen this on TV over the years and decided to take the chance on it when I saw it in the local home store. Was skeptical, but impressed when I actually used it.If you've seen it on TV, take what they say it can do with a grain of salt. It's not THAT good. It's still pretty good though. I would get it again and also try other Kaboom products because of my good experience with this one.

the worst cleaner I've ever used

I sprayed on my tub and shower walls. Even though it says no fume, it smells so strong that I had to turn on my fan while I was trying to clean the tub. All that stuff on the tub got greasy and gummy, and it stuck to the sponge. All that dirty stuff just smeared on the sponge and the tub. I couldn't rinse it off. I had to throw away the sponge even before I finished. Fortunately I had an extra can of Scrubbing Bubbles to finish off the job. Kaboom doesn't clean at all. It just makes more mess.

Rip Off

We were having trouble finding a product that cleaned our tub well, so we tried this out. It did ok on the tile, but seemed to make the soap scum worse in the tub and on the curtain.

This shower curtain is a perfect match for our new master bath. We put in a 6-foot tub, however, so the curtain is a little short, being only 70" wide. The fabric is lovely and much more luxurious than a typical shower curtain. There is no chemical odor at all. It was easy to hang, is lightweight and therefore slides easily to the side. I would have given it 5 stars, but I am disappointed there isn't a wider one available.
