Nothing comes out of the tip of this pen. Not sure what the point of it is.Maybe I just got a "dried out" one but when I shake it it feels like there's something in it.If it's dried out, they're not very particular about quality control. If there's some trick to using it, they might want to give an instruction or two. Either way, I could not in good conscience recommend this to anyone. It's all hype and no product. Save your money.

I read about the Grout Ink Pen in a magazine and went all over town trying to find it, all with no luck. I then got the idea to go online and here it was on Amazon so I ordered a couple of the pins and they were here in a couple of days. Proof again, when you really want something just go online. Susan

Product worked well. Now the white grout is white. It is too soon to see how long it will stay white and not get discolored.

In the kitchen, one can accidentally drop things on the floor. These incidents left small black chips on my grey ceramic tile kitchen floor.
