What color granite countertops and matching white furniture, red brick and stainless steel appliances?

We are looking advice on what type of granite I color will go well with the large number of colors and materials already in the kitchen ... Please help! We have white furniture, appliances stainless steel, double wall ovens red brick set (it is also splashing red brick). Brick piers is above the stove and it is likely that white subway tiles everywhere. Walls are wood panels that "we" are planning on a light green paint. Paint walls white to reduce at least the colors is also an option. The floors are wooden. We are toying with the idea of gray granite, granite countertops, something simple with a minimum paterns / variations. We appreciate the recommendations, thoughts or additional questions.
