Many people think of bathrooms as purely functional: it is where you bathe, wash your hands, and relieve himself. However, everybody knows there is more to the story. The biggest concern when it comes to remodeling any room is its size. When renewing, creating more space must always be a priority. No matter how many cool games or the state of the art features to install, everything will be useless if the room feel crowded. This is especially important when it comes to design small bathroom. The toilets, even if they are just? baths, are designed to be luxurious and relaxing. And although it is good have a cozy private retreat, you must also feel comfortable and at ease. So when it comes to bathrooms undersized, it is necessary to find ways of using space you have to do a small area feel like a spacious sanctuary.
Leave space speak for itself
The easiest way to deal with a design small bathroom is to highlight the pre-existing space. This means that you have to trick people to see that what is really there. Giving the illusion space is a very effective way to expand a room:
De-clutter: One idea bathroom design is to eliminate clutter. Getting rid of the background image busy. Demolition marks. Remove excess furniture. Eliminate ugly towel bars.
Storage: Now that you've cleared yourself of the confusion, Where are you going to put your stuff? To hang the towels, install a hook on the back of the door or buy a shower rod with towel bars installed. If you have to have the furniture, make it do double duty. Get a decorative chest can also act as an additional storage unit. Or invest in a small shelf that can be placed off the road. But it is better to do things the ground by hanging small shelves or buy a mirror kit to hide your toiletries.
Lighting: Now that your material is of the form, it is now necessary to highlight the space you've created. In the small bathroom design, lighting nature is a great way to shed some light in dark corners. So add install a skylight or a window. If this is impossible, make use of light you have. Put in a glass block window that allows light in other rooms. Mount some wall sconces that take up little space but shed much light environment. Or just light some candles to generate a romantic atmosphere.
Walls: Along with the lighting, another key idea of bathroom design is the color coordination. Letting your walls remain neutral (white or beige) creates an impression of more space. Also, if you draw the eye upward, the room will be higher, so add a border around the ceiling to create more vertical depth. Also, installing polished tiles and hanging mirrors allows the area reflect itself, which create the illusion of extra square feet.
