I love my Bona spray mop and Bona's customer service. I'm using it on both tile and wood floors. The first one did stop spraying after a few days, but it was cheerfully and quickly replaced without my having to ship the defective one back.

Just for the record "You purchased this item on March 24, 2009" which means this mop has been in our possession for one year. We're 12 days away now.At first the mop was everything it advertised. Alas, the functions of this mop don't last. The spray handle itself started to give me problems 3-4 months after purchase. It became stuck every now and then. Now it stays in.If that wasn't enough of a big problem with this mop, the mat at the bottom lately seems to push the particles rather than pick them up at all. I could order a new mat for the bottom, but with a troublesome spray-handle what's the use? No spray, no point to own this mop.I had to resort to wetting the floor myself the last few months I used it, I even used my own tile spray. The mop still has the third bottle that it came with, why? Because most of the times I was using my own spray/cleaner to clean the floor with, due to the handle not working.I don't see how we could help the condition of the mop now. It's strong, sturdy, but the handle is and always was a problem. Can't have a good product if it can't last at least a year. =/

Safe for my tile floors

I bought this to try to limit harsh chemicals that I'm allergic to in most floor cleaners. We had used the usual products (Swiffer) but they'd only made the floor sticky. The Bona cleans my tile floors without leaving residue or me with an allergic reaction. I do wish the bottle would not fall out when the mop is tipped too far forward. I also wish that an additional wipe would have come with the package since $60 is not cheap. I think it took a bit over a week for the package to arrive which is okay. Other than that I'm pleased with the mop and formula.

Good Buy

I like this mop. It's of good quality and sturdily built. The mop is heavy enough that the cleaning pad doesn't pop up off the floor like I've found happens with Bona's other mop. My only complaint is that the cartidge is quite small and relatively costly. I have a lot of wood floor to clean and I burn through one cartidge quite quickly. It's definitely more expensive than purchasing the mop with a separate spray bottle but much more convenient.
