Again, this is not normal smooth porcelain surface has a textured grip area not to fall into and that is why it is so stubborn. Please recommend a tough-as-hell solution

Sorry there is no real information, just be real careful what you use ... the bathroom finished steel enamel was ruined by chlorine alone. He left the bathroom with a rough surface (perhaps I should post the question?)
