Lino or tile laminate flooring?

Im with a new kitchen, shower room. There is also a small room leading from the kitchen with a bow in the middle. Ive seen laminate flooring tiles, I thought that would be great, but have said they may have problems of adaptation because of the kitchen floor are higher than the small room and the ground slope between two counseling rooms (especially this would be great) I've also seen Lino vinyl - something I wouldnt have considered, but there was this really great style similar to the sheet of tiles in dark gray / black. Lino is too cheap even for? Lino or laminate?

I had a similar dilemma when remodeling my kitchen / Dining ... I prefer the look of laminate or tile, but there was a slope where the original kitchen floor met the (former carpeted) dining. To do things well, I was hearing that would have to make use of some capping agents to decrease the slope and that this would create other problems with thresholds adjoining rooms .... In short, the business owner suggested that I consider linoleum floors - was the best decision we could have done. I opted for a design that looked like the stone tiles (brown, tanned, gray) with white grout line. It looks wonderful! Many people comment that they like my tiles, tiles and are surprised to learn that it is linoleum - are going to bend over and feel ..... Being a large area, the budget was also a problem. Many of the companies of the soil smaller (local) going to buy linoleum Trade / auctions in different "grades" that may have some slight imperfection. I went with a grade 2 (imperfections younger) and - to this day I can not find the problem and believe me it has been an adventure. The cost was also great .... Another advantage just spent a week after get the floor installed. My broken water heater and filtration systems all over the kitchen floor - I had installed a laminate, the water will have ruined the whole floor .... When it comes time to thoroughly clean the floor but be careful that the products you use. Pay attention to your flooring manufacturer recommendations. There are cleaning products made specifically for ceramic tiles. It may also be able to find a cleaner spray that works with your dry mop head, as used in laminate flooring. Ceramic tiles closure need not regulate unless they are highly porous. Also avoid any product that is wax or not, leave a hazardous slippery film on the surface tile.

Take Precautions

Ceramic tile is becoming a more popular choice for flooring in new homes. They can be installed in humid areas where wood or laminate flooring is not recommended, such as laundry rooms, kitchens and bathrooms. Although suitable for wet areas is also important remember that when wet, tiles can be slippery and dangerous, regardless of the goal. One way of avoiding accidents is the use of floor and carpet runners in high traffic areas. Doing so will also prevent dirt from building one of the tile and grout. Simply wash the carpet is much easier and more convenient to get your hands and knees to scrub the floor.
