I used these tiles to cover the "toe kick" undernath our cabinets to match our stainless steel appliances....they were so much cheaper than buying cut-to-order stainless steel strips. They look awesome! They were a breeze to put on and cut. There are 24 tiles in a pack and they cover a lot of area and stick on with very strong backing pieces, but the instructions note you can use tile mortar as well. I highly recommend these for anyone doing a kitchen upgrade. They really do look like expensive steel tiles.

Aluminum wall tiles

These tiles installed very easy. They also cut well with a regular scissor for fitting. I used them around a stainless steel laundry tub and are an excellent product for that purpose. They wipe clean with ease. Years ago I had installed them behind a kitchen stove and they looked good and lasted years for that purpose. My personal taste is to install them in a checker board design and they work well that way or in the diamond shape as shown.

great project, few skills needed

I enjoyed working with these tiles for my kitchen backsplash. It was easy to install them-I was intimidated about making cuts on traditional wall tile to accomodate my wall outlets- but these tiles can be cut with sturdy kitchen shears. I would probably invest in tin snips if I did another project with them just to save life of my good Kitchenaid Shears. The finished look is very nice. I knew from scrapbooking I would not like working with these two sided tabs-I find them frustrating to peel, but these weren't too bad. I supplemented the tabs with the dab of construction adhesvie everyone else recommended. I almost wish the tiles were a little bit thicker and heavier looking is all. Even though they are thin, they don't look cheap. I had trouble maintaining my pattern-alternating the brushed aluminum tiles to achieve the checkerboard appearance. In my kitchen lighting I couldn't tell which tile was facing which way. My solution was to lay them out on my dining table and then label the backs, then take them into my kitchen 3 at a time to install. I used the square pattern, or checkerboard, just to keep it simple and not worry about uneven argyle pattern. All in all, I'd say these were a cinch, even for impatient people like me who don't care for painstaking, fussy tasks.

great effect on the wall , I ordered the black squares , it attached very well to old ceramic tiles but not good to regular walls so be sure to order some liquid nails in case , you can't see the difference between the real tiles and this one , good product !.

I purchased the brushed aluminum titles to install at my mother-in-law's house. After I finished installing them at her house, which by the way was a snap, I now want to install them at my house.I had read other customer reviews before I purchased the tiles and used a suggestion from them and added a dab of liquid nails to the back of each tile, in addition to the double-sided foam. They may have been just fine without the liquid nails, but now I know they are there to stay.I also had read they were easy to clean and so that too is a plus. Since I just installed them, and not at my house, I will have to wait to confirm the easy to clean aspect. But other than that the tiles look very sophisticated and by alternating the grain you get a very subtle effect which I happen to prefer.I had priced other back-splash options before I settled on this one and they were a lot more expensive and didn't look as nice. I would highly recommend these tiles.

Great product!!

We ordered the brushed aluminum tiles for the backsplash in our new kitchen. I can't believe how much they brighten up the room; they catch so much light and are just gorgeous! I have had them up for 4 months and there's not a single scratch or smudge anywhere. I highly recommend using another adhesive in addition to the 2 sided foam tabs they come with (thanks for that advice from several other reviewers!). I have posted pictures of our kitchen so you can what the project looks like finished, under customer images. These were so easy to intall. I did it myself using liquid nails and heavy-duty scissors.

Square wall tiles

I love these tiles. I purchased the copper and they give my kitchen a whole new look. They are easy to clean. The installation was fairly easy as well. However, the tiles are 4.25 inches square which is not listed in the description. It took longer to install than expected and the adhesive tape should be larger than it is. They cut easily as stated. Overall I am pleased with the results. I recommend these if you are doing an area that is not large.

used on countertop with clear silicon adhesive

I needed a countertop and this copper tile look is beautiful. Make sure to use a clear silicone adhesive. I adhered to wood base, and it is pretty durable if you don't bang your countertops too much. I love this product and it solved my problem countertop. Easy to install--not like grouted ceramic.

I am so happy with this product, my son put them up for me, but he had NO trouble at all, the hardest part was getting the little sticky tabs off the adhesive tabs, we used extra liquid adhesive just to be safe, they look GREAT! They make my kitchen look great! They clean up nice also, the only thing I would've done extra, was paint the white wall with a layer of copper paint, just because there are a few tiny places that you can see the white between the cracks, we also went to Lowes and bought thin strips of molding and copper spray paint, and painted it then put it around the bottom where the wall was showing because our old house is crooked.

I used these in my kitchen for a specific diamond look, and they turned out wonderfull, easy to work with, but I did not used the glue stick pads, I used liquid nail, and it is perfect.

Bought about 3 sets of the brushed silver/stainless steel looking square tile sets & put them all around my kitchen back splash & they look so good & were so so easy & fun to put up! They look way more expensive than they really were! My mother loves them so much she is buying her some!

My kitchen look awesome and I did it. Most of my guests think a capenter did it. I took the advice of the other reviews and purchase back splash two-sided tape and I also used the tape that came with the tile. It will stay up until I take it down. It is great product to hide damaged walls. I love my kitchen

Brushed Aluminum tiles

Redid my kitchen backsplash with the brushed aluminum tiles to coordinate with my new black quartz countertops. Very attractive, easy to install, easy to cut to size and a good value overall. If you are going to install them "permanently," I would suggest using liquid nails or something more permanent than the adhesive strips that are included.

easy install

My wife and I purchased these to replace some faux brick that use to be the backsplash in our kitchen. After tearing out the brick the sheetrock was ruined behind, so we nailed up some 1/4 inch hardboard right over the top of the sheetrock so these tiles would have a nice clean surface to stick too. We did purchase extra 2-sided sticky tabs to put on these tiles to make sure they would stay up. many people said that they glued them on. We thought that with the extra sticky tape that if they fell off after awhile we would just glue them up as they fell off. So far it has been about 3 months and none have fallen off yet.These tiles are very easy to cut with household scissors, as we put ours up in the diamond pattern and had to cut lots of them at the top where they met the cabinets. The hardest part for us was in the diamond pattern the squares have different shades to them depending on which way the grain is going, so we did an alternating pattern with the grain much in the way that the manufactures picture looks.Overall satisfied with this product
