Can I install vinyl flooring outdoors?

We have a small (100 square feet), painted gray, concrete patio in front of our house. I really do not see very well and we are preparing for try to sell the house. I wanted to neaten up without spending much money and saw some nice looking stone, slate and vinyl flooring in the store. I wondered if they could install floors outdoor vinyl?
