They gave us plenty of tile, but is a little different. How do I install?

I have never seen tile like this, but it is very nice. Friend of my son moved to a house that was previously remodeled. A lot of brand new tile was in the garage. The friend gave my son this tile to give my husband and I since learned that we were building an addition to our house. Lucky for us! The tile looks like four chips in a long line.
