How Sharpie paint pens seal in ceramic tile?

I'm doing a coffee table with a ceramic cap. The tiles are hand painted with Sharpie pens paint (oil based) in bright ceramics. What should I use to seal the paint on the tiles? Note that there may be occasional spills will be cleaned with a damp cloth, etc. Thanks!

The paint pens must be permanent in its own water and testing. I do not know what occasionally scraping and wear to the paint to do though. Could paint over everything with a layer or two of clear polyurethane (hardware, my favorite brand is Varathane). The polyurethane is tough and very resistant to water (outdoor / version Navy is even more water resistant but not water based so it has to be cleaned / etc with paint thinner, too bad for the lungs, etc.) Polyurethanes come in gloss, semi-gloss, matte and even versions as well. Also act as a kind of mechanical hold across the top so that nothing can scrape the edges of paint chips, and everything becomes involved in a surface). You can also pour the epoxy resin across the top. That will be thicker (you can buy in hardware which can also be called "resin bartop, stores or hobby craft /).
