Cost of tiling and preparation work (United Kingdom)?

I'm about to get some quotes to have my kitchen floor tile and want to plan a budget and get an idea of what to expect. We will supply tables that are basic ceramic 45cm X 45cm. The area is 30m2 kitchen / dining / utility (for a few curves). In another question, I guess around £ 20/m2 is perhaps an average price to fix the tables? What about the adhesive and grout, and anything else? What about preparation? There are about 20m2 of antique tiles on a concrete floor to be removed. My husband, hoping to have time to do this himself, but if not, how much should we expect to pay? The existing tiles not go right to the back of the kitchen units fitted so not too difficult from that point of view. We live in the northwestern United Kingdom.
