Will cloudiness from sealer finish disappear on ceramic tile?
I applied sealer to Mexican tile and within a few hours, it rained.
The finish on the tiles now is cloudy. Will this clear with time as everything dries or should I bake the tiles to burn off the water trapped in the sealer?
Unfortunately the cloudiness will not likely go away. The problem is that there is moisture in the sealer and the top of the sealer is not smooth. You may be able to fix this by just polishing the tiles with some steel wool (not the kitchen kind, the 00 or 000 polishing kind). Basically, just use the steel wool like sandpaper and rub out the finish. Rubbing out your finish is something that most woodworkers do to get a smooth and clear finish on their work and it also works for any other type of finish. If the steel wool doesn't work then you will want to either sand off the finish or use a finish remover to get the finish out. If you bake the tiles to burn off the water then you will likely yellow the finish or, depending on the finishing product, burn and blacken the finish.

First thing that you should do is gather the things that you'll need: floor tiles, tile spacers, adhesive, pencil, grout, tile cutter, spreader, floor sealer and damp cloth. Ceramic floor tile is available in a myriad of patterns and sizes, plus it's easy to install and repair, and requires minimal maintenance.
After making sure that the materials that you'll need are complete, mark the mid-points of all the walls and draw a pair of lines that cross in the center of the room with a chalk. Then place your tiles along the two lines to work out the best positions. Make sure to use as many whole tiles as possible. You should avoid having cut tiles. Then spread a square meter of the adhesive into one of the corners formed by the chalk lines.
It is vital to work outwards from the center of the room using chalk lines as guide when tiling. Then you can now start tiling, and make sure you put spacers between each tile then continue until you have covered half the room with as many whole tiles as possible. Then proceed with the other side of the line.
Next step is filling the gaps with cut tiles. In trimming the tiles to the needed size, use a tile cutter. Give plenty of time for the tiles to set. Then spread grout all over the tiles and make sure every joint is filled. Remove the excess grout with a sponge.
