Can I paint on ceramics in the pool?

I'm buying a house in a month. It has a new pool and spa, but it is tiled with glazed ceramic tiles in white, which I think is boring. Can paint on the tile without peeling? If I can not rutile right over it, or I have to remove the existing tile first?

Yes Yes it takes a lot preparation work and special primer and paint bu especially its very expensive thing to do I've done it many times
