how can we get acoustic help...!?

hi... my boss has a property and he made virtual offices out of it by using glass patitions, perphorated cieling tiles, and ceramic flooring... the design was nice but now we're facing acoustic and sound proofing problems... any suggestions?

All of the glass and ceramic floor tiles make the sound bounce around, so if you add fabric that will absorb sound. How about draperies or a large tapestry hanging? Some rugs on the floor will help, too.
