Ceramic Floor Tile Design

I have 1800 sq ft of 18x18 ceramic tile in my home, can you put wood flooring over it?

I all so want to some major remolding kitchen, master bed room, master bath, is it best to get someone to help with design? how to I find someone for my needs?

You can lay over it with a floating floor, this is a floor that is attached to itself and not to the actual floor, you would want to use a cork or other undelayment for the sound. When you purchase the flooring just make sure you choose wood that can be floated. This can also save you the money of having to tear it out. Outside that area just contact different trades people for what you want done, If you need painting contact a few painters get estimates to find best price, cabinets call cabinet people, etc. etc., You can call a general contractor, but that may cost you a bit more than just finding the different trades people and taking estimates yourself.
