Ceramic Floor Mosaic

type of molding to separate 2 ceramic floors?

I need a molding /trim to unite my kitchen ceramic floor to my hallway ceramic floor. They have similar colors but are not the same. Wood trim makes too much of a difference. I was thinking of creating my own mosaic style using the two ceramics. Any other ideas? I'm looking for a natural flow.
