I found black mold in the sink, under the tile. What is the first step?

He was a fire in the 3rd floor last week, and I live on the 1st floor of the condominium. We just have certain people come by the other day to check they damage. Most water leaks happened in the washroom, and through the inspections, they found black mold under the tile. We do not know how bad it is still and how long you've been there. But insurance companies (who owns a home and secure buiding) told me that they do not cover mold. They also said that even touching the area where the mold and we really need to fix the fire damge. What do I need to do? Do I have to hire someone to inspect the contractor mold? My neighbors are asking immediately get someone to check the mold. How much would this cost out of pocket? I need help.

The first step is to get all the clothes out of that area (which will end with a musty smell if they do) and take the children away (which are not as waterproof as adults foreign bodies).
