Re-doing my bathroom?

I have a very old style bathroom eighties, my sink, toilet and bath are the same color light blue. There are also tiles that line the bottom walls. I'm not sure that the colors would go best with this blue, also the color I paint the wall has to go along with a particular issue, so you can find the suitable accessories such as a shower curtain, bath mat, window curtains, soap holder ext. I do not want to spend more than two hundred dollars, so that can replace the tile or any of the devices. Thanks for the help!

I find a shower curtain that the first love with some blue in it, then choose another shade of the same for paint and accessories. A light brown or mocha well and would be gray, but I like green and blue and white a bathroom. The shade of green depends on the blue, celery, lemon or sage probably work.
