What products can I clean my new desk limestone bathroom?

So now I have used only a little warm water with Dawn detergent in it. Is it a good idea? What would you recommend?

The stone Limestone is a very soft stone. So harsh and harmful chemicals are out. For areas of limestone, it is recommended that you first clean the surface with a mild detergent such as one, and then sealed with silicone sealant, which will last about 6 months and protects surfaces. You can buy silicone sealant at Lowes for this purpose.
