• Mexican Tiles – Mexican tiles come are made of fine materials from Mexico. Mexicans perform a procedure which makes the tiles soft and absorbent. Because of this, Mexican tiles need to be sealed. They can be commonly seen in neutral or earth colors. Aside from tiles, the material is also used for different Mexican products.

• Pavers – This type of ceramic tile is very similar to porcelain tiles except that pavers are less dense. Unlike other types, pavers are made by extreme compression. They are generally unglazed so they need to be sealed to be resistant to water. Common kind of pavers is called brick pavers which measures about 4 by 8 inches.

• Glazed Tiles – This type is also made of pressed clay, like pavers. Glazed tiles have textured polishing to be more resistant to damages and can last longer.
